  We went to the Last-Z-Boy because we know the have quality furniture. Our sales representative was Chris Lafata. We were very impressed with Chris and his patience while we made decisions on what we wanted. With just a few questions Chris was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and helped us choose the fabrics, colors and designs. Chris should be the poster example of how a sales person should present himself, he was by far the most professional looking sales person in the store. Chris didn't hover over us. If we had questions he would answer then and then let us look around and world v check in to see if we had any additional questions. His knowledge of the product line and available options was incredible. He was able to give us every available discount to make sure that we what we wanted at the most reasonable price. We are so glad that he was the first person to come up to us when we came into the store. We can't say enough good things about experience with La-Z-Boy and Chris. We couldn't be happier.
